Does anyone else dislike the speakers chosen??
I don't consider Kate - whoever to be an example of the average women who balances, kids, carerr (reality show is NOT a career)
Dr. Laura!!! She is so out of touch with real people, real problems and so forth. I'm very disappointed.

I dislike the speakers. I live in Austin and I'm a professional woman in this city, but hell will have to freeze over, thaw, and refreeze again before I give a dime to an organization that spends money bring Kate Gosselin in to speak. I'm not a huge fan of Dr. Laura either, but I actually consider her a legitimate speaker who can talk about the issues advocated by this organization.

I could not agree more. I can not imagine what words of encouragement or wisdom Kate Gosselin could possibly have to offer. Her only claim to fame is intentionally using IUI to conceive and birth multiples, and then allowing them to be filmed relentlessly for profit. She is not relateable, poor, struggling nor trying to balance anything of substance - like her children's emotional health, right to privacy and a childhood which is not staged in seasons and episodes to sell products and line others pockets. I will not contribute one dime to any organization or company connected with her.

Kate Gosselin as a speaker? NO way!
I cannot believe ANYONE would consider Kate Gosselin to speak. What can she speak about?? Organization? How to balance work and home? How to cook meals that children will eat? How to do things around the home? NO!! to each question. She has someone to do ALL those things for her, paid for by her CHILDREN! She is the last person on Earth I would go see. Even if FREE. Even if a limo picked me up!! UGH!!

I simply cannot relate to
I simply cannot relate to Kate Gosselin. With my children all grown, I have no need to scam, cheat, lie and belittle my husband.-- If anything, I could probably teach THAT hedgehog a thing or two about relationships, love and compassion.... Totally can't beleive people would pay to see her and her attitude. Go figure!!!
